President of Akhil Bharatiya Akhada Parishad,Mahant Narendra Giri, was discovered dead at his Shri Baghambri Gaddi Math in Prayagraj on Monday (September 20, 2021) evening. Following the passing of Mahant Narendra Giri under secretive conditions, the Police captured Anand Giri who has been named in suicide note alongside two others.
"It was informed that the Mahant Narendra Giri passed due to suicide. Pupils told the police that around 3-4 pm, they broke the entryway which was locked from inside and discovered him hanging," UP ADG Law and Order Prashant Kumar was cited as saying by ANI news agency.
He also said , "A suicide note was discovered in which he charged Anand Giri and two others for this progression. Anand Giri has been captured from Haridwar with the assistance of Uttarakhand Police and further test is in progress."
